RETURN POLICY
Please note that we do not refund. However, we allow for exchanges with an item of equal value or a top-up to purchase a product of higher value. If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason. We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Exchange item would be processed and sent within 1-3 working days of receiving your return.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
