We deliver our products from our warehouses (ACCRA & USA) across the world via DHL courier. We do not operate a “Cash on Delivery” service.

WE’LL ADD RATES FROM THE DHL RATE CARD FOR A FEW COUNTRIES WHEN WE RECEIVE IT.

 

* In case your country is not listed here, please contact us and we’ll get back to you with the shipping offer!   (We’ll create a shipment cost for various countries from the DHL rate card we’ll receive).

  1. Payment

The payment must be done within maximum 3 days from the creation of the order, otherwise we will cancel it.

Your payments get processed through the secure myPOS or PayPal checkout gateway and no data is stored in our side.

Placing an order at Funky African GH is simple. Here’s how:

  • Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
  • Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to Checkout under ‘Cart’.
  • Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  • Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new. order for any additional pieces. Our offering is expertly curated. We guarantee all items are authentic.

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.

You can make a return request for one or more products within 7 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel.

The return shipping costs to our warehouses (Ghana and USA) are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

 

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
  • If you processed your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return.

Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:

Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a return request ticket your profile and send an e-mail with product photos to (email). We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.

Insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.

Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

In case of faulty or incorrect products, the original delivery cost will be included in your refund
